Level Three: Discovery (with user testing of current site), Creative Brief (with a blueprint for next-generation elements, a strategic analysis of technology being deployed in the client market segment, and a competitive analysis), Information Design (three iterations, including mobile and mobile applications), Content Management (including mobile and social communities), Visual Design (three iterations, including mobile and social communities), Build (NetSuite verticals, third party applications, user personalization and social community integration). Please forgive us for repeating, but our work is done on a time and materials basis. That means these templates will also include "change order" agreements, so that when more is asked for (in e-commerce, for example, 360 degree photos, color-swatch capabilities, zoom, recommendation engines inside the shopping cart, etc.), the cost will increase. We price everything upfront, so there are never any surprises. That's part of our change order system.
Last note about money: We usually bill in thirds. That is, one-third of the estimated cost to begin, one-third at the halfway point (we Gantt-chart everything, so you'll know when that's coming) and one-third when we deliver and you decide you're happy.
